I only am logged into my account on Apollo and I can't access the 2fa settings from there. When I submitted a contact form I got an auto response that 2fa couldn't be removed and to make a new reddit account. I emailed that address and got an auto reply that it was no longer in use and to use the contact form. I saw a post from someone that emailed this and after providing some additional information were able to get back in. When I opened up the app and it asked me to start setup and add QR codes. I lost access to my Google Authenticator that had my 2FA.
